Senior Product Manager, Jio Platforms — Fintech, E-commerce & AI
Product person by trade, tinkerer by habit. This is where I keep the things I make outside of work — tools, experiments, and whatever else I get curious about.
I've spent the last decade building products that nudge people toward better habits — from payment tools to shopping experiences to the odd calculator that had no business going viral. Along the way I picked up a soft spot for the craft of building itself: figuring out an idea, shipping a rough version, and seeing what sticks.
Outside of the day job, this site is my sandbox — a place to put side projects, small experiments, and things I make just because I want to see if I can. IIT Kharagpur trained the engineer in me, an MBA from Liverpool Business School sharpened the strategist, and everything since has trained the curiosity.
Leading the 0-to-1 build of a new e-commerce channel for Reliance Digital — configurable serviceability & shipment-split logic, payments, and AI-powered support — improving delivery SLA adherence by 33% and cost-to-serve by 18%.
Built QR-based merchant payments (200% revenue growth), BNPL, a co-branded card with American Express, and an AI-driven KYC system; drove growth for the Lending & Utilities businesses.
Forever tinkering — new tools, AI experiments, and figuring out how things work by taking them apart and rebuilding them.
Gym is where I reset. Strength training, consistency over intensity, and the occasional wave pool for cardio.
New places, new water, new rooftops. I'll take most excuses to wander somewhere I haven't been.
